When you get your new iPhone, you will need to set it up in iTunes in order to activate it. When you do this, you can choose to restore your phone from an existing backup (the backup of your old phone). Once this is done, you can download Camera Vault from the App Store, sync your phone with iTunes, and your photos will be right where they were left. If you already set up your phone, say at an Apple Store, then you can go to iTunes and use the "Restore" button to restore your phone and restore from backup.
